Hey guys,
Today, I'm presenting you a list of additional voting rewards. Our voting lists will reset on 1st of April, so we need all the votes you can give us now!
- Quest cape & hood
- Armadyl godsword :kappa:
- Colored darkbows (require tokens + 1 darkbow)
- Colored gnome scarfs (require tokens + 1 gnome scarf)
- Gnome scarfs can now be obtained from the crystal key chest. (The chance to get a gnome scarf is 4x larger this week only!)
In other news:
- Equipping and unequipping items now has sounds.
- Better double xp timer synchronization between server and client.
- Private message no longer open an additional chat window. They're how handled inside your chatbox and you can see all game messages while private-chatting. Moving will also no longer interrupt private messages.
- Scrollbars have received backgrounds.
- Npc talking/shopping updated. You'll no longer follow npcs until they stop walking. Your dialogue/shop will now always popup when you stand near them.
- General stores buy statuettes from Revenants again.
- Dragonhide crafting xp rates buffed.
- Godsword attack speed increased.
- Guthan's spear attack speed increased.
- Granite maul special attack nerfed by 10%.
- Dragon and Onyx bolts now require 71 Ranged and hit higher.
- Sacred clay armour added. It scales with your levels from 1 to 50. (1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50) New accounts now get a free sacred clay armour set when completing the tutorial. Don't be sad though, you can craft this armour yourself by blessing clay (use clay on altar --> sacred clay). Afterwards you can use sacred clay to smith the equipment, simply use sacred clay on an anvil:
Sacred clay equipment degrades after 3000 hits and cannot be repaired. Newcomers receive a free set of a sacred clay armour. - GWD bosses have their Defence levels adjusted. They now have the same Defence level. Before the update, Bandos and Kree'arra were especially tanky.
- GWD spawn code changed. Bosses will now only respawn when their minions are slain.
- GWD rare drop chances for bosses increased.
- Slayer helm has regained its 10% accuracy bonus for on-task npcs.
- Kebbit bolts now require level 61 Ranged and share the same strength as rune bolts. They gain additional 5% damage and accuracy if you use them during a slayer task.
- Flickering fixed for resized openGL client.
- Client updating procedure hardened against unstable internet connections.
- Anger weapon attack speed increased. They now share the same attack speed as Godswords.
- Ferocious ring can now be bought for slayer points. It features following new teleport locations:
- Rellekka Slayer Dungeon
- Varrock Slayer Dungeon
- God Wars Dungeon
- Slayer Tower
- Games necklace added. It features following new teleport locations:
- RevenantsDungeon (wilderness)
- Corporeal Beast (safe area)
- Karamja Agility Arena
- Neitiznot Island
- Aquanites added. They require 82 Slayer and drop Amulets of Ranging, which give 15 Ranged Strength and Accuracy.
- Ava's accumulator effect now automatically applies in all minigames. (Duel Arena, Pest Control, Castle Wars, Fight Pits, Fight Caves (Jad) and Warrior's Guild Giants Area)
You're probably already really excited about the GE! Though, I have to admit that the initial version contains lots of bugs. Also bugs that allowed us to dupe items. We definitely don't want the GE to be released in a bugged state, so give me some more time to properly finish it. Nonetheless, I'll show you guys a screenshot of how searching is going to look like:
