I received one instantly when I tried to remove my email, it might be worth checking your inbox again. You should also make sure you are checking the correct email attached to your account (if you have multiple emails that is).
Creating a app just for account security on emps would be way to expensive and time consuming, not getting hacked is very simple.

But, what if somebody knew your password and your bank pin?Waiting 10 days to remove your bank pin is for your own safety, you never know what might happen. I strongly dissagree with this idea.What i mean by that was like if you wanna change your bank pin instantly. So you can delete old one and add new one right as you want.
