All other servers continue to populate and advance in the rsps area and now every time we make any update we are being "just like all other rsps".. This is why we do not have many players.

How to fix this?

Have you tried restarting your computer yet? That commonly fixes tons of issues. Other than that, it looks like the client gets stuck. Maybe the login screen is too much for initial loading. I'll work on a togglable background image in the coming days.

the web client doesn't work for a lot of people including myself. I think it's better that you stick with the desktop client.
