Would it be possible to make some items notable that currently are not?

Examples of commonly used yet unnoteable items:
- Dragonfire Shield
- Tzhaar Let Om (Obsidian maul)
- Tzhaar Ket Xil (Obsidian Shield)
- Dragon defender (And other defenders)
- Fighter Torso
- Lamps
- Barrows Gloves (And other gloves, I'm assuming)
- Saplings
It makes it a hassle moving them around your bank when you have a large amount of these items, plus you can't withdraw large amounts of them from the ge because they can't be noted.
