Some words in the screen are displayed as cut and in VBO mode I right clicked on rock, it supposedly should've gave me option to mine rock not walk here with cancel as you can see.

Since when do you have this issue? Are your graphics card drivers up to date? You can update your drivers here: https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/928493-updating-video-card-drivers

I updated my graphic card drivers. I have this issue since today, it's first time I'm dealing with it. While VBO enabled, while right-clicking players or NPCs(excluding GE clerks) it doesn't show any option and display sometimes cuts off a bit, but when VBO disabled everything seems the way it was, just graphics not so good tho.
Computer Specs:
Intel i5-2400 CPU
Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 1 GB 128-bit
8 GB RAM

Can be locked, I fixed the problem myself. Thanks for advice both Magecrune and Thomy. :)
Changed coloring into True Color instead of High color.
