When you buy Salamander's in G.E over 28+ of them when you collect from G.E it drops the extra that couldn't fit in inventory onto the floor.

That's intended behavior. If your inventory cannot be filled with an action, the residual items will be dropped on the floor. One could argue that salamanders could get noted forms, but I don't think that's necessary. I'll consider doing it though. Thanks for the bug report.
