Pyramids

My friends tell me that there is no way humans build the great pyramid because it's such a advance thing to do especially for the time. My friends thing aliens came to earth and build them. What do you guys think? Or how were they created my humans? The blocks are super big and so many of them too and the pyramid was build in like 22 years according to study

What amazes me is that the joints inside pyramids are so tight and perfectly fit that you can't even put a credit card in between them.
