Okay,

I'm stuck with this for a long time now. Is it just me being stupid or should using Cooked Meat with a Pie Shell make an Uncooked Meatpie?
Cuz it doesn't happen, and I don't know how to make it otherwise, and it has been a daily objective of mine for ages now
Can you help me?

You need a pie shell, a pot of flour, an egg, a bucket of milk and raw beef.
Use any of the ingredients on the pie shell and it should make an uncooked meat pie.
All of the ingredients can be found in the North-West corner of Charr's house, accessible from the portal in Rimmington.
