If anyone in this community goes to the gym, go ahead and post your max's in these 3 main exercises: bench press, deadlift, squat. Please do not post fake scores, this is a community with random players you won't impress anyone..
Here's mine:
Bench press: 95kg x 2 (this was a while ago, I don't know how much I do bench press now due to my shoulder being weird, so I won't take the risk and max now.)
Deadlift: 120kg x 3. Quite new in this exercise as I wasn't quite sure how to do it, it's not recommended to do this with heavy weight if you're new, you can fuck up your back.
Squat: 147.5kg x 5
My body weight: 85kg (currently shredding)
Height: 177 cm
