Im not sure is it a bug or no, but the animal tracks dont dissapeare if u find the animal. Like its really hard to know in witch bush it is when there are tracks in everywhere already.

It's indeed bugged.
The tracks won't disappear if you have VBO mode on. If you remove it, the tracks will disappear, but the performance will be much worse.

This is either an old or a resurfaced bug, since I remember someone reporting it before.
