Now that I got a laptop again, what should I do? Play WoW, Runescape, League or Emps? Being an active duty soldier, I only really have time for one game

Emps requires the least out of these. No payment or grinding required to get your hold on 100% of the content. The 2nd best choice would be runescape though (doesn't matter if osrs or rs3).
However since your time is limited I would recommend single player games. I don't know your personal preference, but I'll give you some from various genres: Witcher 3, Portal 1 & 2, Metro 2033, Metro Last Light, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor etc.
If you specify, I could give more precise suggestions.

Highly overrated in my opinion. It's still good, but I just have too many bones to pick with that one.
I prefer Witcher franchise over TES.
