After i killed 1st phaze, 2nd phaze apeared OOOOOOOover there.

What exactly is the issue? The 2nd phase is supposed to appear after killing the 1st phase. Can I get a more detailed description of the problem? :) Thanks.

He defeated the first form around that corner (safespot), but the second form spawned in the center instead.

exactly, it happened around 3 times or even 4.
