A lot of times (feels like always), items are shown above npc's. This is really annoying when killing bosses, have to pay attention and click fast but also when you are killing easier monsters. Right now you have to use the right-click option basically everything an item is on the ground near an npc or a monster.

I've patched this issue earlier today. Wana restart the game and tell me if it's better now? I've found a few issues. The click list should now be sorted by the distance from camera to clickable entities in ascending order.
