Clan chat bug

Two days ago i noticed there was suddenly a other clan chat owner. The chat system says i still own a chat but when I join back, there is still that clan member as owner.
Is there a way to remove the chat so I can make a other one ?

Is it possible to get me a higher resolution image or tell me the chat name? I can't read it. :) You can assign owner rights to other people.

Just tested if I could assign owner rights but chat says ''Insufficient rights to promote (player) to owner''
