Bug in Construction / Bug report

I've found quite bad bug from construction. I can't remove or even rotate room what's in edge of this whole building from any direction. I hope this annoying bug is fixed soon. :)

Do you have member status on your account? What happens if you stand inside the room, can you remove / edit it then?
