brawler gloves.

I do not have any pictures of this, but bassicaly if you have one brawler gloves that are used ( ex; 1 charge left) and you add a new pair of brawler gloves to the bank ( ex; 750 charges ) Your brand new brawler gloves will lose their charges to the amount that the first ones had , so you lose charges without actually using them.

This is not the case :)

Once you use up the pair of brawlers you already have and they are removed, your new pair will have full charge.
You aren't actually losing any charges, you just need to use up your old ones first.
