Well what about me? im not a new player, and i would like to use shoutbox. but my account got delted for some reasons back in time and now i dont have my old posts. aswell no point for me to start making posts if i dont have a reason to do one or subject..
i just would like to use the forum chat.

The old emps scape forum posts aren't here as this isn't the same forum. If your account got deleted make a stat recovery ticket to the helpdesk, Thomy might be able to recover your stats. As far as items from scape go, nobody got any items from scape, so those won't be refunded.

I set your postcount to 10, this should be enabling you to use the shoutbox. However it's really not hard to make a few extra posts to be able to use it

We introduced it as a measurement against spam and ban avoiding.
