The notification basically means that Emps-World is unable to detect a graphics card driver on your computer. What graphics card manufacturer have you got? Did you already try to install the driver manually?

I rollbacked the graphic driver and reinstalled it but its not work. Yes i did i installed it manually.

You can use this site to update your graphics card drivers: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
If you've already done that, you may want to try doing it manually. Though, we're missing the exact model number of your graphics card and dxdiag also didn't tell us anything.

You could try doing that: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-

I'm sorry, but in that case the hardware renderer is unavailable to you. There's no graphics card drivers for your computer.
