i made a ticket {items recovery} and it was assigned by martin .... but martin didnt reply on it and deleted it instantly....for no reason . can i know why did he delete it ? and by the way ralphe10 knows about that problem AS WELL as i do , so he is my prove that i got scammed

They normally get deleted if you have made multiple tickets regarding the issue I think, you should speak with one of the staff members in-game rather than posting a topic about it as you would get a quicker answer :)

Martin did reply to your ticket, it was resolved, not deleted. Don't take helpdesk business outside of the helpdesk.
