Is this daily herblore task even possible?

I mean... I've never heard of mixing P++ potions and I would need to apparently "mix" 53 of them. I tried if buying the P++ potion from Al-Kharid would work, but it didn't. So I'm not sure if its a daily task that is impossible to do that is there for some reason or either I'm missing out on something?
