HELP ME PLEASE, LOST ITEMS DURING LAGGS

hello, i lost my void melee set and whip at KBD, i got laggs i tried to tele out but it was too late then i had connection lost.. when i run back to pick up iems there was nothing in there what should i do?? My network seems fine, it always fine
