Ok guys i domt have a computer laptop anymore but i have a damsung galaxy s4 and want to know if anyone knows how i can play emps on it let me know soon as possible thanks

You can't play emps-world on phones

it is possible, but you will experience a big delay..
download a browser with with inbuild java and play, not worth it tho..
