Dced and lost my stuff

Hello i am Level Down in game and i dced at ancient gladiators i lost my shit this way lost my fire cape,whip,dfs,bandos gloves,str ammy (t),stone ring
is there a way to get a refund because i think this is not fair.

I would contact your ISP and ask them for a refund for poor connection

Unfortunately we do not refund items lost due to disconnections.

Sorry, but there is no way to refund your items. Activate a Guardian Angel next time to prevent this from happening.
