the download bar block every time on the same place.

Unless you have multiple hard drives, C.

In your case, I would go directly to point 2. That's the likely cause.

yes i think i have enough space like you can see on the screenshot.

Are you behind a firewall? Have you tried adding Emps-World as an exception to your anti virus program yet?

Something on your computer definitely blocks Emps-World. My assumption is it either being the network you are in, or your anti virus program.

i think its my anti virus then.the problem is when i was on holiday in turkey they putted a new windows on mij system and a antivirus but i dont know how to put is of can you do it with teamvieuwer?

I'm sorry, but I cannot offer to go onto your computer with Teamviewer. What anti virus program are you using? Adding Emps-World as an exception there should work. You could also ask your parents for assistance?

deleted anti virus. stil not working also other rsps are not working downloaded java alot of times nothing helps.

That means that either your computer, firewall or anti virus program (which is unlikely now, since you've uninstalled it) are blocking any programs from connecting to the game. You could try to contact your ISP and ask them to unblock the following ports: TCP 43592-43596.
