Client crash

Hello everyone  :)

My client crash right after the client "preparing game engine", then i get this message:

before any suggestions, here's what i tried:
redownload the client a thousand time, it didn't work
reinstalled java also it didn't work

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. Have you downloaded the MAC client or are you using the JAR file?

I've received the same message while using the Mac client and the jar file.

Looks like an outdated Java or outdated graphics card drivers to me to be honest. I really don't know how MACs handle their updates, but is there a way for you to update Java and/or your graphics card drivers? I don't want to recommend using the software renderer, but does it work?

I'm using parallels desktop which it shares my mac applications in windows, and the windows client works in my windows parallels desktop, so i'm not sure that java is the problem, here:

probably the graphic card as you said, but i want to stick with the old one for now :)
anyway i will use my windows to play.

If that works for you, then it's great! I'm sorry, but I don't have a MAC to actually test the game. I've previously received reports that it worked on MACs, but I cannot verify it myself.
