bone items are discontinued and currently unobtainable (except for the skull scepter i believe, you get that from mummies)

As Mary said they are discontinued, but you can still buy it from players, who currently own it.

I know that Skillz Purez is willing to sell his clubs (he has ~10). And the most recent transactions for clubs have been around 50-100m.
