i dont understand something i seen on emps wiki that kbd drops dragon hasta 1/200 i killed it 207 times and didnt got dragon hasta. is this a bug or im just unlucky? :-\

Unlucky. Just like throwing a 6-sided dice, you aren't guaranteed to get every number once in 6 throws. It's about a 64,5% chance getting a d hasta in 207 kills. 1 - (199 / 200)^207 = 0,645 = 64,5%
