How to report a user - For dummies

We have all experienced the toxicity in this game.
In order to remove it all, we need to re-unite and take action.
We got to pick up the dirt after someone else. And we will flush that shit down.
Today i got an extremely offensive pm both ing and on forums from the princess herself.
MARY


The first thing i did, in order to get rid off her after i got the horrible private message.
Was to click "Report Abuse" just like this.



I clicked it, and got confused. So i read trough each and every rule to find the appropiate reason.



Now let's take a look at the report reasonings.

1: Offensive Langauge = You are not allowed to use offensive language in any sort off way.
E.X - Mary told me "Fuck You".

2: Advertising = Promoting anything, but this is mostly for promoting servers.
E.X  - Join Avenus-scape.net, he is the god everyone get mod comecomecome

3: False reporting = If someone kept reporting you falsely.
E.X - Mary got is jealous cause i reported her for a legit reason, then she just spam report me for no reason.

4: Autoing = You are not allowed to use autoclicker, ghostmouse or any other 3rd party program to train your skills.
E.X - Afking with ghostmouse at agility course jumping back and forth. (been there done that)

5: Harassment/racism = You are not allowed to harrass, or be a racist to anyone in this game. There is no good reason to do either.
E.X - Mary you f'ing ni**er, i will kill you. Cause you look ugly in that dress noob l2pk.

6: Impersonating = Obvious one
E.X - Hi guys I am m4ry, pls give me items guys i am admin m4ry!!!

7: Bug abuse = Do not abuse any bug you found in the game, go report it to the forums instead, if caught you might be banned.

8: Account share/trading = Do not share your account with anyone ingame for your own favor, nor sell/buy.
E.X - I private message Mary and ask her to get my account to 99 thieving, i will pay her 100m for it and she jumps straight in and do it.

9: Encouraging others to break rules = Telling someone to break the rules.
E.X - Mary, write fuck you in chat to Avenus.

10: Threatning (hacking,banning) = Do not threaten to hack or ban any players ingame.
E.X - Avenus: Mary, give me 10m or i ban you.

11: Fraudulent activities and scamming = Do not lurk around and plan something stupid. Do not attempt to scam anyone, it will not end up looking good on your RESUME irl :S


HOLD UP :o I reported her so many times that i remembered the report INGAME IS USELESS AND DOESNT WORK


My next move should then be to report this devil at forums...
I Type in www.Emps-World.net/forum or type ::account ingame, at next step you have to click "Helpdesk" Just like this.



I then end up somewhat here and click "post new ticket"


You will end up here, fill in subject.
Ticket Department: Report a user
Fill your information, attach a picture or two and then click the "create a ticket" button.




You have now helped me remove more toxicity from the game, and i applaud you for that.
