Daily Tasks System Guide
« on: April 10, 2017, 07:45:52 am »
The Daily-Tasks System Can be really great way to obtain experience in many skills, it also makes you train boring skills such as agility and reward you for doing it.
This is a guide trying to explain the Daily Tasks System, How it works? What are the rewards of it?

Table of contents
  • The advantages of Daily Tasks
  • Tasks
  • Rewards
  • Exp rates

The advantages of Daily Tasks
As I've said in the intro, the Daily Tasks can give you extra experience to certain skills depends on the skill of the task itself, Why should you complete those tasks? To gain more experience(unless your task is combat, you do not get extra XP for these) and also to be reward for Event Points which can be used to recolor items and also buy useful items that could be used in combat.

Tasks
How to get an assignment to a task? To be assigned to task if you're a new player you need at least total of 300 in your skills, and in order to get Combat tasks, you will need at least combat 10.
The Daily Tasks System assigns you automatically daily a task that you have to complete, members players get assigns of two tasks daily and if you play at least 2 hours during the day you have a chance of getting another task.

You can view your tasks in-game by logging in and receiving a game chat message,
by typing ::tasks or by talking to Matt at the Grand exchange. Another way to show your tasks is also talking to 'Thomy' in the barbarian village.

After typing ::tasks or 'Show tasks Matt' you get this screen with table of the tasks you've to complete in order to be rewarded and gain experience in specific skill

Rewards
When you finish the task you'll be notified in the chat bar with red sentence -

Important - In order to get the EP reward you've to claim it by talking with Matt and hand-in tasks
Once you complete a task you will be rewarded by 1 EP, and every 10 tasks you complete you will be rewarded by 5 Ep, and every 50 tasks you complete you will be rewarded by 25 EP.

So where I can exchange my EP? you've to talk Bolkoy in Grand Exchange and open the EP shop

The EP shop -

If you want to see the prices of those items and more information about it Click here

Exp rates
All the exp rates can be found in very great order in the wiki page -> Click here

A pretty good guide, knowing Emps players however I know that people would still complain that they didn't get EP for completing their tasks, because you told them that they would get EP before you told them that they need to turn their tasks in, which would mean that a lot of them would stop reading because they would think that they did everything right but didn't get the EP at the point that they were supposed to.
So I would change the order of the sentences in the Rewards section to this:

Rewards
Once you complete a task you will be rewarded by 1 EP, and every 10 tasks you complete you will be rewarded by 5 Ep, and every 50 tasks you complete you will be rewarded by 25 EP.
