How the hell did you get 100m in 3 days?
Anyway, Congrats!
2 of the 3 days were double xp days, and I afked all night at bloodworms in the barrows tunnel for ~85m xp in total, the third day was today when afked ~15m xp at the same place.
you could also train at the skeletons using salve amulet but you can afk there only like a hour or two before you need to eat/use sgs spec to gain hp back. Skeletons are more xp per hour, but less afkable.
this is the gear I was using.
I was using fury and dfs instead of str t and d defender for extra defence bonuses, so i could afk longer.
you could use spectral/ arcane there, but I do not have them. I'm also wearing ring of life just in case, or you could use guardian angel.
just try to get 320+ melee defence and as high str bonus as you can
