So we're now like from 2006 to 2016 which is a really LONG way, i wanted to know which year was the best for you(includes updates)

So basically as a oldschool player, I really loved the 2007 - 2010 times..

Plus i think during that time there was one update that i didn't like..Was the old school shop. If anyone remembers, thomy added a oldschool shop adding EVERY single known oldschool rare(not including fox sov blade etc etc).. It just ruined everything...

2009-2011 were probably my favorite times on Emps. A lot of good memories, became Mod on a server for the first time ever, and made so many connections with people and became friends with so many people as well.

I think the years when firemaking and agility got added were the most exciting and interesting ones for me as a skiller. And ofc the year when i got promoted.

the year before the shutdown was my favorite, the community isn't big enough anymore to be enjoyable imo.

Last 1.5 years, because it's much less buggy and feels a lot smoother. Pre-shutdown era only reminds me of all the disconnects and the lost items because of it.

2009 I'd say, fishing at rimmington, home at falador, barrows in gnome dungeon, 800 players... good times.

But I still really like it as it is now.

I cannot tell the exact year or time, but it was probably when we had like 900 players logged in at once (~1 month pre christmas ddos) because with more people playing, the game becomes more enjoyable and so it was back then. Wilderness was crowded as hell, same as falador and many pvm places.

My worst moments were when emps-wars got replaced by castle-wars as well as the old rewards from emps-wars got added to npcs/PC and the removal of the old jad mini game. Playing these two mini games with 20+ people everytime was what made me really happy.

OH the jad minigame was Amazing man. i really loved the fact every1 was using veracs to get the f cape xD

2008 was awesome for me since i was 3rd rich ingame.
