Where to change tab switch settings?

Im asking this question since im about to pk again aand i would like that when i click esc bar my special attack tab would open. Im not clever on this area, so im asking you guys, how to change that since atm its F4 which.. ofc closes my client. :D

alt f4 closes your client, f4 should switch to magic tab like normal, f5 switches to attack style tab

My laptop's hotkeys were not working, so I connected a USB keyboard, now the F1, F2, F3 buttons etc all work for tabs

You have to use ctrl + F4, that's how it works with my laptop...
