Where is the agility place at?

So I've been wondering where the Agility place (You get ticket and get the Anger) at? Or is it disable?

It is located in the north of Karamaja, it is named "Brimhaven Agility ticket arena", Anger weapons are no longer obtainable from those tickets you receive, there's a new shop added which demands an agility tickets to buy other items.

It's not in Brimhaven anymore. There's a ladder in the Musa Point general store that goes to the arena, and Jackie the Fruit or whatever is upstairs. There's stuff like black cava and (what I assume is) some other cosmetical items.
