Void is not tradeable, you can check it's worth yourself from the exchange npc.
Elite void 3 sets only difference is in how it looks, there's no "elite melee void" "elite mage void", void functions are set with whatever helm you wear so it doesn't matter which elite top and bottom you wear.

Elite to normal void has no difference also, only how it looks. (Maybe a slight prayer bonus)?

They all same, no changes at stats at all. Like it was said, prices says it all. If some of them would be better they would cost higher. Simple logic.
