verac vs bandos

Well I killed zammy boss with my friend I had full bandos he was on verac. Did about 15 kills and didn't got even 1 loot with bandos. So I don't know is verac to overpowered or bandos to shit?

Veracs has a huge accuracy that's probably why he got the loots.

e.g.
you hit with bandos a lot higher, but you only deal damage once in five hits.
veracs does less damage, but it'll deal damage three times in five hits.
Therefore the Veracs will deal more damage in total.

Just FYI, this is no suggestion, nor an idea. This should've been posted in General Discussion.

Veracs accuracy is so high, that's why you didn't get loots.
Bandos should get a small buff too.

Either way its pretty stupid how one does more damage and costs a shitton less. Is it cuz of max hit/defence bonus discrepancy? Or just supply/demand

Bandos is much harder to obtain, hence the price difference.

I'd still choose Bandos over Veracs though.

I'm not sure however, if the verac's special piercing effect (should) also apply to armour AND to protection prayers. Currently veracs has the same base accuracy as every other barrow set (tier 70 accuracy bonus). According to your reports of high accuracy it seems to be like that.

So you're saying use bandos for normal stof, verac for anything that uses prayer?
