The actual shiet?!

For the past 10 players i've killed in wilderness,  I didnt receive a single pvp point... is there's something I need to know or wut?
For that matter, I'm level 54 atm with 129, I should at least be 150

if player is not worth killing (like 200 pvp points below you or very low pvp points in general) you dont get any points

might also be because of large difference between your combat level and your targets combat level

I'm 123 combat level, and I have 63 pvp points. I remember particullary when someone killed me while doing spectrals and I've lost 10 points at once.

Other PVP points went straight to Suplex City Bank Centre probably.
