So why are Neo and Sven already gone?

I'm sure we're all curious to know why were they already kicked out of the team already. It would be nice to know why is that and I fully understand that Thomy doesn't
necessarily want to share the reason(s). Some information would be nice though and I'm sure i'm not the only one curious here. :)

Maybe i've missed something but that wouldn't be my first question. More like why were they promoted in the first place?

Yesterday i asked Magecrune whether he could confirm that Sven was actually the reindeer from disney cartoon Frozen. Unfortunately he couldn't/was told not to confirm my assumptions.

pretty sure that Sven is that reindeer and Neo is from Matrix :kappa:
