dont act like the FIFA and hide everything, i am just interested in what happened to charr.
before i get the: none of your concern awnser: mods are there for the players, not the other way around; i think players should be notified if one of the mods leaves.

Charr's official statement

Charr went staking his bank, and unfortantly lost it all...
It happends from time to time that players quit when they lose their banks. But Charr will be back and ready to rebuild 1st July.

As a part of the staff team you gotta work with the other staff members constantly. Working with other people usually means that you need to get along with them as well. It's a same thing as work in real life: if there are people constantly fighting, the group's efficiency goes down by a ton and everyone will have a bad time.

Of course a guy who spent his years maxing on Emps wouldn't even know what real work is.

What you just said has no logic at all, it wasn't expected that he'll leave at all so I don't think a fight would make him quit, and I've said it 'sound' childish as Mary said it, I'm not sure it's childish since I don't know the whole story.

And spending years on maxing in emps isn't connected to that I've said childish, I'm not like most players who plays 24/7, I do play only on weekends.

See Martin as the superior and Charr as a worker. Be a pain in the ass for long enough and you'll get fired. That's exactly what happened here, according to what Mary said. Charr and Martin never got along that well.
