I just saw somewhere that these items are not considered as fares anymore, and that they are easily obtainable. I'm currently new to emps-world knowing that it had been released yesterday by a friend. I was wondering how i could attain these phats and masks.

normal partyhats and h'ween masks were never rare.

Phats are obtained from crystal key chest in wilderness
Hweens are obtained from smoke dungeon chest (chest key) which requires member.
