If I died in wilderness while using corrupted vesta, I will lost it forever or can I get it back from the ground just like Void or something?

You'll lose it. Only untradeable items can be picked up after you died  ;)

Once the item is degraded (deg) it'll turn into ancient energy tokens upon death.
