Post-update veng explained to you turds

In both cases the right guy has vengeance activated. In the first scenario the veng doesn't activate because the 60 is a KILLING BLOW. In the second scenario it does activate because the 59 was not a killing blow.

What if both have veng, hit at the same time and veng would kill both of them? Would both vengs activate and both ded?

neither will activate but both will still die if both was the killing blow.

If both attacks weren't the killing blow then yes both would activate and you ??maybe die from the vengeance from the other guy depending on the hit. how hard can it be if it kills you then that hit will not retaliate if it doesnt kill you it will retaliate

TL;DR: you can still die from someone else's vengeance if he survives your hit
