Yes I recommend you to get 70 range because the black d'hide chaps is much better than using any other (1 def) platelegs, robes or d'hides.

Yes. 70 range is good for a pure. Black chaps look better than iron legs and will also have some more protection from range attacks, if I am not mistaken.

It's 94 now. And if you want to stay 1 defense, just max out everything except for prayer and attack. You should either go for 60 attack with 18 prayer (78 cb), 60 attack with 34 prayer (80 cb), 62 attack with 45 prayer (82 cb), 62 attack with 53 prayer (83 cb) or 61 attack with 71 prayer (85 cb).

I suggest to go with cb 78 as there are a lot more people in wildy that level.

I recommend to get those stats:

60/60 Attack
99/99 Strength
1/1 Defence
90-99/90-99 Hitpoints
34-52/34-52 Prayer
70/70 Range
96/96 Magic
