Bandos Godwars minions you mean?
What I do is get prayer potions and spend them on those minions.

Nah, Me and my mate killed around 15+ Commander Zilyana in one trip.
You just need to have a good inventory (my gear was bad, so it doesn't really matter)

If you have a good team godwars is fairly easy actually.

Good team + Good gear = Hopefully good drops if you're lucky.

Just a bit of advice to save on food, when your inside the Bandos tunnel getting KC. Keep to the left side where all the hobgoblins are and try avoiding going off to much towards the right side of the tunnel where the Spiritual Mages are because they can hit high damage and are just a waste of food.

If you max combat and you do killcounts proper way (no need for prayer) you'll not lose more than 10 hp.
