Added to my suggestions list :) (to clarify, the enchanted onyx necklace increases obsidian weapons power by 5-10%, does not apply to abyssal whip!)
I'm not sure if it would be a viable item though, due to the price of an onyx and fury being almost equal as easy obtainable.
But it could be a rare drop from obsidian monsters.

I agree on the passive being added sounds like a nice buff to obby maulers.
