Not sure where to post :/ Account Lost !

I'm not entirely sure if this is the real owner or not since I didn't read anything at all and just came straight here to post this cause my friend said it came back!.
So here's my question to you guys and GM:
"Is there another possible way to recover a lost password for an account without the use of an email"?

All you need to do now is wait patiently for a High Admin to deal with your ticket.

This may take some time because there are a ton of tickets. :)
