Well I just discovered that if you have a movie/youtube video link open in background it will drop your fps by half.
Found this while listning to plug.dj.  Had like 40 fps and it dropped down to like 15-20 when I had plug dj open in background. By background I mean its the page your browser currently focus on in background. So to improve your fps make sure browser doesn't focus on something playing in background.

I have tested this.  I hope this will improve your game play, it did for me at least.

Depends on what your cpu focuses. If theres a window prioritizing over Emps then yes emps will run with like 10 fps (you wont see anyway cause its behind that window). Most computers always prioritize the first window you are selecting on though (which is emps then) and background windows shouldnt decrease your fps a lot unless you prioritize that process over emps in task manager.

My PC is old so its been lagging. Back when the old client with old version of Emps was still there (having 2 options), I always choose the old version because its less lagging for me. With this client, I believe it uses more of my CPU so that's why I'm lagging. I'm still not sure but I'm sure that its because of the client that I'm lagging.
