My question is what happens if you get over max cash??

For example:
You go to stake say 1.5b cash for another 1.5b, what happens when someone wins the fight? Does the 900m just disappear, or is a new pile created like some other rsps's?

It'll be dropped. We got a system with perfect gold bars to use as second valuta. Theyre worth 100k each and will always sell/buy for 100k, so you can get 100x more than max cash as tops in emps.
You can have two cash piles of 2147m in your inventory and bank though, you just can't bank it then though.
