So, I was having fun with my lunar spell [the stats spying thing] ,and i saw a whole bunch of players got almost all 99's stats . R U kidding meh ?
How long does it take for you guys to achieve that ? I mean , i am training few skills now and it takes forever just to advance one level . How did you guys got the high dedication and consistency ?

Uhm combat experience was recently buffed to the old value, which is 80 exp per hit. So you gain experience really fast actually, especially on double exp weekends. Additionally, a lot of players had their stats from Emps-Scape restored so they got a headstart.

Some players have been playing for 5+ years. And some also play this game and this game only. It all depends on the player, honestly. Plus double experience weekend makes training things much faster.

90% due to the reason that everything was kept from old emps (minus items)
Not to mention the new skills are super easy to train even without a lot of money.

Almost 1 year or maybe more that much I remember
9 months or so of playing (2012 - 2013).
Quit for some time and then emps was shut down (idk how long it was shut down for).
Came back after it was back and start "FRESH."
Begin playing again in November of 2014 till now.
So probably almost 1 year or so.
So you can say it takes me 1 year to be max (2179 total; all 99's) all thanks to DOUBLE EXP hahahahhahahahah
Without that, I doubt I'd get max in such short amount of time. Before I quit I had like 17 99's already so came back to work on the rest.

Not to forget to mention Smithing & Agility had an buff of 100% additional experience (twice as easy now!), Also brawling gloves were introduced, which grant you an additional 50% experience. We barely have any hard skills left, and I think that is a bummer.
Agility used to be hard and boring, now it is childsplay. Smithing used to cost lots of money, ~300m, I think it costs around 100m at the moment...

There are a lot of players who nolife skilling, and that's how they achieve a lot of 99s.
Me, I have been playing on this account for like 4-5 years and still not maxed, so it depends on how much time do you spend on skilling.
