I think by logging in to the home page, and then go to your account in the home page and there you'll see your account status..

I am not sure about this though ^^ (this might be only for bans/mutes ingame.)

You cannot view them.

Also, if you do not remove your signature by your own within 1 day I will personally remove it and ban you on forums for couple days to cool off.
