Hello guys,

How long does a skill like 99 fishing or wc take? and can you make any good money from it?

It depends all how much can/will you fish/wc , i believe fishing could be done easily in a week and i did wc in 2 days, but it was a weekend and it was double XP, so i believe 4 days approximately.

Fish is the easier skill in my opinion, I used to train around 2m xp per day, (when i used to play a lot)
I think you need 6-7 days if you play like 3-5 hours a day

Woodcutting is a boring skill, I can say the same thing you need around 5-7 days till 99

Depends on how much you willing to spend hours each day.

Yeah, selling manta rays/sea turtles/yew logs/magic logs is a good way to earn money.

It is all about dedication. And yes, you can earn a lot of wealth by WCing and Fishing.

I'd suggest getting Fishing and Cooking to 99 first as they are the less tedious skills. You can talk to people whilst Fishing and Cooking, whereas with WCing you can't really meet other players.

Selling manta's used to be big, but the econ is pretty flooded with them right now. Most people get their own logs for fletching/firemaking, so Idk if you'll make any money there either...

I'm actually seeing quite a lot of people buying mantas & sea turtles
Selling them shouldn't take too long, I sold 3k of them in an hour

However as chazz says, logs are not a frequently bought item at the moment
Those will be hard to sell
